1 Souviens-toi du Commandement que 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) te commanda concernant la pâque, que vous devez la célébrer dans sa saison au 14e jour du 1e mois, que tu dois la sacrifier avant la nuit (entre les soirs)
2 et qu’ils en mangent de nuit le soir du 15 au moment du coucher du soleil, *
* Explication : le soir dit du 15 ici est le soir du 14 qui fait partie de la journée du 15.
_ Jour 14 = Soir du 13 + Jour du 14 = Préparation de la Pâque+Sacrifice _
_ Jour 15 = Soir du 14 (Repas de Pâque) + Jour du 15_
3 car en cette nuit - le commencement de la fête et le commencement de la joie – vous avez mangé la pâque en Égypte alors que tous les pouvoirs de mastema étaient relâchés pour tuer tous les premiers-nés de la terre d’Égypte, du premier-né de pharaon jusqu’au premier-né des servantes captives au moulin et du bétail.
4 Et cela est le signe que 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) leur donna : à chaque maison sur les linteaux sur lesquels on voyait le sang d’un agneau (ou bélier) d’un an, dans [cette] maison ils ne devaient pas entrer pour tuer mais devaient passer par [dessus] afin que tous ceux qui étaient dans la maison soient saufs en raison que le signe de sang était sur ses linteaux.
5 Et les pouvoirs de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) firent tout conformément à ce que 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) leur avait commandé et ils passèrent par-dessus tous les enfants d’Israël et le fléau ne vint pas sur eux pour détruire parmi eux aucune âme de bétail ou d’homme ou chien, mais le fléau fut très sévère en Égypte et il n’y avait aucune maison en Égypte où il n’y avait eu un mort et des pleurs et lamentation.
6 Et tout Israël mangea la chair de l’agneau (ou bélier) de pâque et burent du vin et glorifiaient et bénissaient et remerciaient 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) Elohim de leur pères, et furent prêts à sortir du joug d’Égypte et de la mauvaise servitude.
8 Et l’homme qui est libre d’impureté et qui ne viendrait pas l’observer à l’occasion de ce jour pour apporter une offrande acceptable devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) et de manger et boire devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) au jour de cette fête, cet homme qui est pur et à proximité sera retranché parce qu’il n’offre pas d’oblation à 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) dans sa saison fixée, il portera la faute sur lui.
9 Que les enfants d’Israël viennent et observent la pâque au moment de son jour fixé au 14e jour du 1e mois entre les soirs, de la 3e part du jour jusqu’à la 3e part de la nuit, car 2 portions du jour sont données à la lumière et une 3e portion à la nuit.
10 C’est ce que 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) te commanda que vous deviez l’observer entre les soirs et il n’est pas permis de le tuer durant une autre période du jour mais durant la période en bordure du soir jusqu’à la 3e part de la nuit et tout ce qui restera de sa chair, à compter de la 3e part de la nuit et avant, qu’ils le brûlent au feu.
11 Et ils ne le cuiront pas à l’eau, ni ne le mangeront cru mais rôti au feu. Ils le mangeront avec diligence, avec sa tête à l’intérieur et ses pattes, ils le cuiront au feu et ne briseront aucun os, car des enfants d’Israël, aucun os ne sera écrasé.
12 Pour cette raison, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) commanda aux enfants d’Israël d’observer la pâque au moment du jour fixé et ils ne briseront aucun os, car c’est un jour de fête et un jour ordonné et il n’y aura pas de détour d’un jour à un autre, d’un mois à un autre, mais qu’au jour cette fête qu’il soit observé.
13 Et toi, commande aux enfants d’Israël d’observer la pâque à travers leurs jours, chaque année, une fois l’année au moment du jour fixé et il sera comme un mémorial très plaisant devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) et aucun fléau ne viendra sur eux pour tuer ou frapper dans l’année qu’ils célèbreront la pâque en sa saison en respect dû à son Commandement.
14 Et ils mangeront cela hors du Sanctuaire de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) mais en avant du Sanctuaire de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH).
15 Et tout le peuple de la congrégation d’Israël la célèbrera à sa saison fixée.
16 Et tout homme dont les jours atteignent 20 ans et plus en mangera dans (ou par) le Sanctuaire de votre Elohim devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) car cela est écrit et ordonné qu’ils doivent le manger dans (ou par) le Sanctuaire de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH).
17 Et quand les enfants d’Israël viendront dans la terre qu’ils doivent posséder, dans la terre de Canaan, ils placeront le Tabernacle de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) au milieu de la terre dans l’une de leurs tribus jusqu’à ce que le Sanctuaire de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) soit construit dans le pays ;
18 (jusqu'à ce) qu’ils viennent et célèbrent la pâque au milieu du Tabernacle de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) et qu’ils la tuent devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) d’année en année.
19 Et dans les jours que la Maison sera construite au Nom de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) dans la terre de leur héritage, ils iront là et tueront la pâque en soirée au coucher du soleil dans la 3e part du jour et ils offriront son sang au seuil de l’autel et placeront sa graisse sur le feu qui est sur l’autel et ils mangeront sa chair rôtie au feu dans (ou par) la cour de la Maison qui a été sanctifiée au Nom de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH).
20 Et ils ne célèbreront pas la pâque dans leurs villes, ni dans un autre endroit sauf devant le Tabernacle de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) ou devant sa Maison où son Nom habite, et ils ne se détourneront pas de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH).
21 Et toi, Moïse, commande aux enfants d’Israël d’observer les ordonnances de la pâque comme il t’a été commandé.
22 Déclare-leur chaque année ainsi que la date de ses jours et la fête des pains sans levain afin qu’ils mangent du pain sans levain 7 jours [et] qu’ils observent sa fête et qu’ils apportent une oblation chaque jour durant ces 7 jours de joie devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) sur l’autel de votre Elohim.
23 Vous célèbrerez cette fête avec la hâte avec laquelle vous êtes sortis d’Égypte jusqu’à ce que vous entriez au désert de Shur, car sur la plage de la mer, tu l’accomplis.
זכור את המצוה אשר נתן ה' לך על דבר הפסח לשמור אותו במועדו בארבעה עשר לחודש הראשון:
Remember the commandment which the Lord commanded thee concerning the passover, that thou shouldst celebrate it in its season on the fourteenth of the first month,
כי תשחט אותו בין הערבים ויאכלו אותו בלילה ערב החמשה עשר מעת בא השמש:
that thou shouldst kill it before it is evening, and that they should eat it by night on the evening of the fifteenth from the time of the setting of the sun.
כי היום הזה הוא החג הראשון ויום ראשון לחג הפסח:
For on this night--the beginning of the festival and the beginning of the joy
ותאכלו את הפסח במצרים כאשר שולחו כל אילי משטמה להכות כל בכור מצרים מבכור פרעה עד בכור שפחת השבי אחר הרחים ועד הבהמה:
--ye were eating the passover in Egypt, when all the powers of Mastêmâ had been let loose to slay all the first-born in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh to the first-born of the captive maidservant in the mill, and to the cattle.
וזה האות אשר נתן להם ה' אל כל בית אשר זורק דם השה על משקופו אל בית כזה לא יבואו להכות את הסגורים בו והיה כל אשר בבית נמלטו בהיות אות הדם על הדלת:
And this is the sign which the Lord gave them: Into every house on the lintels of which they saw the blood of a lamb of the first year, into (that) house they should not enter to slay, but should pass by (it), that all those should be saved that were in the house because the sign of the blood was on its lintels.
ומלאכי האלהים עשו את כל אשר צוה אותם ופסחו על כל בני ישראל:
And the powers of the Lord did everything according as the Lord commanded them, and they passed by all the children of Israel,
ולא היה בהם נגף להשחית מהם נפש כל חי אם בהמה או איש או אך כלב אחד:
and the plague came not upon them to destroy from amongst them any soul either of cattle, or man, or dog.
ובמצרים היתה המגפה גדולה מאוד ואין בית אשר אין שם מת ובכיה וצעקה:
And the plague was very grievous in Egypt, and there was no house in Egypt where there was not one dead, and weeping and lamentation.
וכל ישראל אכלו במנוחה את בשר הפסח וישתו יין ויהללו ויודו ויברכו לה אלהי אבותיהם ויהיו נכונים לצאת מתחת עול הסבלות וממצרים הרעה:
And all Israel was eating the flesh of the paschal lamb, and drinking the wine, and was lauding and blessing, and giving thanks to the Lord God of their fathers, and was ready to go forth from under the yoke of Egypt; and from the evil bondage.
ואתה זכור את היום הזה כל ימי חייך אחת בשנה ביומו ככל חוקתו ואל תחליף את היום באחר ואל תמיר את החודש באחר:
And remember thou this day all the days of thy life, and observe it from year to year all the days of thy life, once a year, on its day, according to all the law thereof, and do not adjourn (it) from day to day, or from month to month.
כי חוקת עולם היא וחרותה היא על לוחות השמים לבני ישראל לשמור בכל שנה ושנה את מועדה אחת לכל דורותיהם ואין גבול לזמן כי אם לעולמים נועד:
For it is an eternal ordinance, and engraven on the heavenly tables regarding all the children of Israel that they should observe it every year on its day once a year, throughout all their generations; and there is no limit of days, for this is ordained for ever.
והאיש אשר הוא טהור ולא בא לעשות אותו במועדו להקריב קורבן לרצון לפני ה' ביום מועדו ולאכול ולשתות לפני ה' ביום מועדו:
And the man who is free from uncleanness, and doth not come to observe it on occasion of its day, so as to bring an acceptable offering before the Lord, and to eat and to drink before the Lord on the day of its festival,
ונכרת האיש ההוא אם הוא טהור וקרוב כי קורבן ה' לא הקריב במועדו וחטאו ישא האיש ההוא:
that man who is clean and close at hand will be cut off; because he offered not the oblation of the Lord in its appointed season, he will take the guilt upon himself.
בני ישראל לדורותיהם ישמרו את הפסח במועדו בארבעה עשר לחודש הראשון בין הערבים בחלק השלישי ביום עד החלק השלישי בלילה:
Let the children of Israel come and observe the passover on the day of its fixed time, on the fourteenth day of the first month, between the evenings, from the third part of the day to the third part of the night,
כי שני חלקי היום נתונים לאור והחלק השלישי לערב:
for two portions of the day are given to the light, and a third part to the evening.
זה הדבר אשר צוה ה' כי תעשה אותו בין הערבים:
That is that which the Lord commanded thee that thou shouldst observe it between the evenings.
ולא יעשה בבוקר בכל עת האור כי אם לפנות ערב:
And it is not permissible to slay it during any period of the light, but during the period bordering on the evening,
ואכלו אותו בעת הערב עד החלק השלישי בלילה והנותר מכל בשרו אחר החלק השלישי בלילה באש ישרפו גם שרוף אותו:
and let them eat it at the time of the evening until the third part of the night, and whatever is leftover of all its flesh from the third part of the night and onwards, let them burn it with fire.
ולא יבשלו אותו במים ואל יאכלוהו חי כי אם צלוי היטב באש וקלוי באש:
And they shall not cook it with water, nor shall they eat it raw, but roast on the fire: they shall eat it with diligence,
ראשו על קרבו ועל כרעיו יצלו באש ועצם לא ישברו בו:
its head with the inwards thereof and its feet they shall roast with fire, and not break any bone thereof; for of the children of Israel no bone shall be crushed.
לכן צוה ה' את בני ישראל לעשות את הפסח במועדו ולבלתי שבור עצם בו כי חג הוא ויום מועד ולא יעברו ממנו יום או חודש כי אם במועדו יעשה:
For this reason the Lord commanded the children of Israel to observe the passover on the day of its fixed time, and they shall not break a bone thereof; for it is a festival day, and a day commanded, and there may be no passing over from day to day, and month to month, but on the day of its festival let it be observed.
ואתה צו את בני ישראל ויעשו את הפסח בימיו בכל שנה ושנה אחת בשנה ליום המועד להיות לזיכרון לרצון לפני ה' ולא יהיה בהם נגף בשנה ההיא להמית ולהכות אותם:
And do thou command the children of Israel to observe the passover throughout their days, every year, once a year on the day of its fixed time, and it will come for a memorial well pleasing before the Lord, and no plague will come upon them to slay or to smite
והיה כאשר יחוגו את הפסח במועדו ככל אשר צוה ישמרו מאכול אותו מחוץ למקדש אדוני:
in that year in which they celebrate the passover in its season in every respect according to His command.
And they shall not eat it outside the sanctuary of the Lord,
לפני כל עם עדת ישראל ישמרו אותו במועדו כל הבאים ביומו לאכול אותו במקדש אלוהיכם לפני ה' מבן עשרים שנה ומעלה:
but before the sanctuary of the Lord, and all the people of the congregation of Israel shall celebrate it in its appointed season.
And every man who hath come upon its day shall eat it in the sanctuary of your God before the Lord from twenty years old and upward;
כי כן כתוב ונועד לאכול אותו בבית מקדש ה':
for thus is it written and ordained that they should eat it in the sanctuary of the Lord.
והיה כי יבואו בני ישראל אל ארץ נחלתם ארץ כנען ויטו את אהל ה' בקרב הארץ בתוך אחד שבטיו עד בנות מקדש ה' בארץ:
And when the children of Israel come into the land which they are to possess, into the land of Canaan, and set up the tabernacle of the Lord in the midst of the land in one of their tribes until the sanctuary of the Lord hath been built in the land,
ובאו ועשו את חג הפסח בתוך אוהל ה' ושחטו אותו לפני ה' מימים ימימה:
let them come and celebrate the passover in the midst of the tabernacle of the Lord, and let them slay it before the Lord from year to year.
ובימי היות בית בנוי לשם ה' בארץ נחלתם ילכו שמה ושחטו את הפסח בערב בבוא השמש בחלק השלישי ליום:
And in the days when the house hath been built in the name of the Lord in the land of their inheritance, they shall go there and slay the passover in the evening, at sunset, at the third part of the day.
ונתנו את הדם על משקוף המזבח ואת החלב ישימו על האש אשר על המזבח ואת בשרו קלוי באש יאכלו בחצר המקדש לשם ה':
And they will offer its blood on the threshold of the altar, and shall place its fat on the fire which is upon the altar, and they shall eat its flesh roasted with fire in the court of the house which hath been sanctified in the name of the Lord.
ולא יעשו את הפסח בעריהם ובכל מקום בלתי לפני אהל ה' או לפני ביתו אשר שמו ישכון בקרבו ולא יחטאו לה:
And they may not celebrate the passover in their cities, nor in any place save before the tabernacle of the Lord, or before His house where His name hath dwelt; and they will not go astray from the Lord.
ואתה משה צו את בני ישראל ושמרו את חוקת הפסח כאשר צווית ושמרתם אותו מדי שנה בשנה ביומו:
And do thou, Moses, command the children of Israel to observe the ordinances of the passover, as it was commanded unto thee; declare thou unto them every year and the day of its days,
ואת חג המצות ישמרו לאכול מצות שבעת ימים למען ישמרו מועדו להקריב לו קורבן מדי יום ביומו בשבעת ימי פסח ההם לפני ה' על מזבח אלהיכם:
and the festival of unleavened bread, that they should eat unleavened bread seven days, (and) that they should observe its festival, and that they bring an oblation every day during those seven days of joy before the Lord on the altar of your God.
כי החג הזה חגותם בחפזון בצאתכם ממצרים עד עברכם את הים אל מדבר שור כי על שפת הים חגותם אותו עד תומו:
For ye celebrated this festival with haste when ye went forth from Egypt till ye entered into the wilderness of Shur; for on the shore of the sea ye completed it.
